Empty tent

Renting the Cayucos Veteran’s Memorial Hall includes the 30×60 foot party tent, a commercial kitchen, BBQ pits, coffee pots, private restrooms (within the foyer of the hall itself, opposite the public beach restrooms), chairs (uncovered, for tent use only), tables (uncovered, round or banquet), a PA system, the wi-fi password, security (dusk to close), and a bartender (4hrs). A signed contract and $250 non-refundable deposit locks in your date(s). Discounts are available to all US military veterans and any club member of Lions International.

The commercial kitchen includes a double oven, range top, griddle top, commercial sinks, large refrigerator, ice machine, and a large stainless steel prep table. It does not include pots/pans/utensils.

Setup & Clean up

Times above include setup and tear down.

Setup can begin at 8am assuming you’ve picked up the keys the day before.

There are multiple ways they space may be setup depending on table choices, capacity, and other needs. Refer to this diagram of popular layouts for an idea.

The “afternoon prior” portion of the above packages is for kitchen use only (for food prep) and staging of equipment and/or decorations. These can be locked inside the kitchen overnight.

Security is required from dusk until close. No alcohol can be served past 10pm.

At the end of your booking time, all decorations must be removed. You do not need to move party tent tables/chairs. You do not need to sweep the tent floor. You do not need to clean the kitchen.

Rented chairs (for beach ceremonies) must be stacked and left next to the BBQ pits. Rented glassware and linens should be left on the long red tables next to the BBQ pits. Trash and recycling must be put in the appropriate dumpsters.
